Sony Xperia XA Ultra launched in India at Rs. 29,990 only

Sony Xperia XA Ultra is sweeping the markets with its new flagship model launched in India recently. The phone comes with spell bounding features and looks, bearing a relatively aggressive price of Rs. 29,990. The Sony Xperia XA Ultra is an upgrade to the Xperia XA.

It sports a powerful rear-facing camera has a 21.5MP sensor and a 1/2.4 aperture. The Xperia XA Ultra supports features such as HDR Photo mode, hybrid autofocus, auto scene recognition and Sony’s trademark “Hybrid autofocus system” with object tracking alongside a LED flash. Both front and the rear camera sports the EXMOR-RS sensor for better low-light pictures, clubbed with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS).

The Xperia XA Ultra is powered by a 2GHz Octa- core “Mediatek MT6755 Helio P10 processor” The storage of the device is as extensive as 3GB RAM and 16GB internal memory is expandable up to 200GB with a microSD card. This phablet runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

The display is further enhanced by Sony’s Mobile Bravia Engine 2 technology, showcasing a display of 6-inch 1080p screen armored by a scratch-resistant curved 2.5D glass in the front and a metal unibody design on the back.

This dual SIM phone weighs around 202 grams & has dimensions measuring 164.2 x 79.4 x 8.4mm. Connectivity options in Sony Xperia XA Ultra include support for 4G LTE, GPRS/EDGE, 3G, A-GPS, Wi-Fi, Miracast, GLONASS, USB OTG, USB.Bluetooth 4.1, DLNA, and NFC.

It flaunts a very robust battery backup of 2,700 mAh battery unit assuring 708 hours battery standby time on 3G network. Sony’s battery unit used in this phablet claims to deliver 12 hours of talk time, two-day battery backup. It comes bundled with Quick Charger, wherein 5.5 hours of battery life is ensured in just 10 minutes, due to the Qnovo adaptive charging technology.

The phone is available in White, Graphite Black and Lime Gold color variants. One can buy this product from the Sony Center stores and other electronics retailers in major cities in India.
